I have a bowl of Angel cards in my office and also in my living room. If you’ve not seen Angel Cards, they are simple cards with one word and a drawing of an angel.
I used to keep Angel cards in my office when I worked with a bunch of engineers. It was tough for these left-brained, analytical people to believe in anything that they could not prove…but, several of them would stop by my office each day to select their card for the day. One of the lead engineers, in fact, will email me every-so-often, asking me to pull a card for him.
Today I have pulled a card for all of us: Enthusiasm.
