This weekend my husband and I were invited to a marriage enrichment seminar as part of my husband’s service in the National Guard. Not only did we get to stay in a hotel (with no kids), we got time to ourselves (date time) and a great program on how to keep your marriage alive and healthy.
Saturday evening was the annual Military Ball. We have never been able to attend. But this year, I got to attend the ball with my very own “Prince Charming.”
The best part was seeing my very handsome husband addressed as “sir,” by some pretty important people…and I think dress blues are just plain sexy!
I love our time together, which goes right along with what we learned in the seminar. The longest lasting marriages are based on a great friendship…and we have a wonderful friendship and a great marriage.
The entire weekend was full of Perfect Moments!
